Even longer than I'd planned: 14.6 miles in 3 hours 2 minutes. Map here. Not too many obstacles, other than unexpectedly running into the Alcatraz Challenge race at Crissy Field, and a crush of people outside the Giants ballpark. Sore but not terribly so; taking Clif Shots (basically brown rice syrup with flavoring) before/during/after probably helped.
So I'm definitely ready for the half-marathon in two weeks. Whee!
