Let's try this again:

Monday: Run
Tuesday: Run
Wednesday: Walk
Thursday: Walk
Friday: Long run
Saturday: Stairs
Sunday: Race or run

Daily: Stretches and crunches

(Re)-started today with approx 70 min total walking to/from bass lesson. Four mile walk to weekly appt. planned for tomorrow morning.

Hey, aside from running or walking, I was wondering what you were up to next week. I'll be in your neck of the woods and, while I'm definitely occupado on Tuesday, I may find myself with time on my hands for Wednesday and/or Thursday. Lemme know.
