Wednesday: Walk
Thursday: Walk
Friday: Long run
Saturday: Stairs
Sunday: Race or run

Daily: Stretches and crunches

(Re)-started today with approx 70 min total walking to/from bass lesson. Four mile walk to weekly appt. planned for tomorrow morning.
