Breakfast for both: Oatmeal with pumpkin, banana, almond milk, and maple syrup; rooibos tea with almond milk and sugar
Lunch for both: "Fried" rice (no oil) with bok choy, broccoli, green onions, and water chestnuts
Snacks for Julie: Banana; leftover fried rice; herbal tea with sugar and soymilk
Snack for Ziggy: Mini whole wheat bagel with lentils; blueberries and strawberries; herbal tea with sugar and soymilk
Dinner for both: Baked potato with veggie chili and green onions; corn muffins; couscous pudding
After dinner for both: A little white wine (not on diet :-P )
Feelings: Another day of getting up early and then napping later. Very drained after spending a couple of hours shopping for groceries, which boyziggy usually does himself; I'm trying to take a more active role in the process despite my serious dislike of crowded places. (Being able to shop weekdays in the daytime should help in that regard.) Felt accomplished cooking all three meals for both of us today too.
