Not running today...

Knee still hurts a little bit so I'm not going to push it. Already ran 15+ miles this week including Bay to Breakers, and a sudden increase in mileage will leave me more prone to injury. Will shoot for tomorrow; my photo shoot isn't till 9 p.m. so I'll be able to start a long run late morning and still have time for a nap if needed.
