Note to self re: weight.

You have now reached goal weight. It took a stomach bug to get there, but as of now the scale still reads 125 pounds. You are 5' 4" with a BMI of 21.5 which is smack in the middle of the "normal" range. You do not need to lose any more weight. You may officially stop obsessing about your double chin and the extra layer of fat around your middle; they do not significantly detract from your appearance. Just keep eating healthy foods and exercising for maintenance.

Time to celebrate! Go out and buy a suit or two; you need dressier clothes now that you're shooting weddings, and all of your slacks are at least two sizes too large. And donate all those size 12, 14, and 16 jeans to charity or a clothing swap for heavens' sake; hopefully, you'll not be needing them again.
