Operation get-ready-for-half continues

I managed to complete three of my four scheduled runs last week, including the 5K race (which I completed in 36:19, not great). I'm running out of time to build up mileage, so scheduling two longish runs for this week which I know is not the best idea.

Wed 7/14 Fort Point, 9 mi

Fri 7/16 Palace of Fine Arts, 6 mi [this is the run I skipped last week]

Sun 7/18 Mission Creek, 12 mi

Less than two weeks to go till the half... sigh...
