I'm still reading! I might be able to go for a run with you one of these days (today I apparently ran about 3.5 miles at about a 10-minute mile pace, maybe slightly slower), and I'm interested in upping my mileage.
That would be great! Ten minute pace is actually faster than I normally go, which is why I was surprised I managed that pace in today's race. Also, my yoga teacher should be back in town next week so I'll drop you an e-mail once I confirm that...
I'm thinking that if we go slower, maybe I could do a longer run and I won't die... Also, the course I did was completely flat and windless, if there are hills involved my pace would drop significantly.
