Not true - my midsection is much smaller, true, but not invisible. I don't want to lose any more weight, just firm up the flab and develop more upper-body strength (which might actually increase my weight).
I have seen a woman who literally has 0% body fat due to an extremely rare disorder. She has to eat every 15 minutes to stay alive. It isn't pretty.
Well, I'd really like to have a stronger core, and that requires work on my midsection, which doesn't look very toned to me currently. It's not just for vanity; I don't expect to get a "six pack". I have a series of core exercises I do in yoga class, I just haven't been good about doing them on my own at home.
