Last week: Walked 20.5 miles. Lost 1/2 pound. Small loss not surprising considering decreased walking and increased junk food consumption. However, my smaller blue jeans now fit (albeit snugly); in the last month I've lost an inch and a half off my waist.
This week so far: 10.7 miles. Still walking to work every single day. Hope the impending rain doesn't slow me down.
Also, got some much-appreciated emotional and physical nourishment, and food for thought about body image and attractiveness this past week.
