For some reason, I found this article amusing. In brief, a judge ruled that a burrito is not a sandwich, thus ruling against a store in a shopping center that attempted to exclude a Mexican restaurant from opening on the same premises (on the grounds that the lease prevented renting to another sandwich shop). An expert witness testified, "I know of no chef or culinary historian who would call a burrito a sandwich." [edited for clarity after re-reading article]
