Julie sings classic rock Monday Dec 11

Hi friends, I've got another Blue Bear band workshop concert coming up, Monday December 11, 8 p.m. Our band, Red Coal Carpet, has a great classic rock lineup for you including songs by The Rolling Stones, The Who, The Beatles, Steely Dan, and many more. I'll be one of two singers, and also will play a bit of keyboard for the first time on stage in quite awhile. As a bonus, my good friend and co-worker Michael Fortes will be playing bass. Our set will last about an hour, and there are also reggae and funk bands performing that night if you want to hang around.

The venue is Jelly's in San Francisco. Jelly's is at 295 Terry Francois Blvd., Pier 50, near the ballpark. I haven't been there yet, but they seem to have a full bar, and there are plenty of places to eat in the area. The N-Judah MUNI metro and Caltrain stop nearby at 4th and Townsend if you're taking public transit; not sure about the parking situation.

Suggested donation is $10-$20 to benefit Blue Bear; no one turned away for lack of funds. Hope to see you there!

- Julie
